MOVIE GOING FEELING with Creating your own Home Movie Theatre

When you are really 'into Movies', you might have, or want to make your own Home Movie Theatre more attractive by for example have movie posters of your favorite Movies in a frame with back light, that will instantly give your own

'I am going to a Movie feeling'

I remember having been underground under the floor, meeting several spiders, and cutting to thick layers of spider webs to install the cable for the speakers of the Surround Sound to give it the realistic Movie sound.
With a few Movie Magazines on the table or your 'CD/DVD-Wallet' (see also at my Music Blogspot my post about Flipping through) and when you have your own Popcorn Maker, only the smell of it will get you into the mood also.

Michael Jackson an unusual Big Multi Talent.

If you think about Michael Jackson you first think about Music and Dance
(see HP's Happy MUSIC Blogspot) but 'An other Part of Michael Jackson' is his unusual 'Film Making', not only he might have been an influence in cinematic expression for fast paced editing or editing to music because of his Music Video's, but he also left his mark in cinema it self with his $30 Million Dollar & seventeen minute long Music Video/Short Film Captain EO You can read more about his Movie Making at:
Michael Jackson and Movie Making

Or have a look at the Captain EO site at: www.captaineo.com

I remember having seen his unusual 3-D movie
at Disney Worlds Tomorrowland twice!

Here below you can see the Film Poster, I haven't seen any DVD's or Video's
from Captain EO, but that probably has to do with the fact that it's a 3-D movie and as far as I know only shown in Disney World.

And as most people know he also had his own 'Disney World', 'Neverland'
that you can see here at: Neverland

Why on earth look at Movies about Phantom Ships?

I remember when I went to the movie 'The Titanic', a Movie about a sunken ship. I thought to myself;

'I know that the boat sunk,
so why bother to look at the movie?'

Appeared that it was an incredible movie afterall, they made it real interesting to watch because they begun the story with the shipwrek at the bottom of the sea, and than they showed 'the Ghosts from the Past' Telling the story (backwards) in a great an compelling way after all.

The same with Pirate Movies, why have a look at Pirates or Ghost Pirates?
Well Jonny Depp really created an incredible Fun character in this movie, and also the special effects are pretty amazing!

So if you haven't seen it yet, or want to see it again, those movies devinitely belong into your collection. Also included a Banner-link with the movies on
Blue-ray.

What is your favorite Flashy Title Sequence?

Who doesn't - for example - know the impressive artistic 'Flashy' James Bond 'Title Sequence' that instantly makes you know that you are going to watch a James Bond Movie full of action and exotic locations.

A lot of Movies have a recognisable 'Title Sequence' as a 'Signature' for a certain style of Movie giving little glimpses of what to expect of the Movie while seeing all names from Crew and Castmembers.

To know more about impressive 'Title Sequences' James Bond Movies and other Movies you can have a look at: Watchthetitles.com

Look at all the things that I found

Since I was looking for one or more books - written by the Dutch
Writer/Photo Model/Actress Daphne Dekkers - to put on HP's Happy BOOKS Blogspot I was searching on 'the Net' looking to find one (or more) of her books and since Daphne is also a Screen Writer, it reminded me of an other interesting book (from an other author) to put on my HP's Happy WRITING Blogspot )

'During my search(es) I accidentally stumbled at something else
that's suitable for THIS (Movie) Blogspot'.

Because Daphne has had an appearance in the James Bond Movie 'Tomorrow Never Dies'. (and she also appeard in a PlayBoy Special about 'Bond Girls'.)

Talking about 'Bond Girls', Daphne is not the only Dutch Actress that appeared in a James Bond Movie
Famke Janssen also had a role the James Bond Movie 'Goldeneye' you can read more about Famke at:

HP's Happy Holland Blogspot
